MAHWAH, NJ – A longtime local educator will judge entries submitted for the Joyce Kilmer Society’s poetry contest.
Dr. Mary Orr will lead a panel of judges for the Joyce Kilmer Poetry Contest.
“We are honored to have someone of such educational and civic accomplishment preside over the judging,” said Alex Michelini, president of the Joyce Kilmer Society of Mahwah.
The Joyce Kilmer Society works to further the knowledge of its namesake, who wrote “Trees” in his Mahwah home in 1913.
